Harbourside Cohousing is a 31-unit development, situated on a 2+-acre waterfront property, including a treed green space to the west with walking trails. This southeast-facing unit offers panoramic views of Sooke Harbour, Whiffin Spit, and East Sooke Regional Park out our front windows, with the Olympic Mountains of Washington State forming a dramatic backdrop.
